• Mark McAdams - 2012 President

  Mark McAdams is employed with Rawson in outside sales. Mark has been a continuous member of the YMBL since 1998. He served on the YMBL Board of Directors for six terms and in 2008 & 2009 served as chairman of the Fair's Exhibits & Concessions Division. Mark has successfully completed numerous special assignment projects for the Fair and has a total Fair Committee service of eight years. He is also a member of the YMBL Key Men
  
  As President Mark is the principal executive officer of the organization and shall in general supervise and control all of the business and affairs of the organization. He shall preside at all meetings of the members and of the Board of Directors. He shall perform all duties incident to the office of President and such other duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors from time to time.

• Jessie Gonzales - 1st Vice President

  If for some reason Mark is unable to fulfill the duties of the current President of YMBL, Jessie would be given those duties. When acting as President, he has all the same powers and restrictions as the man currently holding that position. He will also perform other duties that may be assigned to him from the President or Board of Directors from time to time.

• Steve Lyle - 2nd Vice President

  If for some reason both Mark and Jessie are unable to fulfill the duties of the current President of YMBL, Steve would be given those duties. When acting as President, he has all the same powers and restrictions as the man currently holding that position. He will also perform other duties that may be assigned to him from the President or Board of Directors from time to time.

• Jimmy Ward - 3rd Vice President

  Jimmy is third in line to take on the role of President of YMBL should those above him not be able to fulfill the duties. When acting as President, he has all the same powers and restrictions as the man currently holding that position. He will also perform other duties that may be assigned to him from the President or Board of Directors from time to time

• Wayne Stokely - Treasurer

  Wayne is responsible for all funds and securities of YMBL. He also performs all of the duties assigned to the office of Treasurer and other duties assigned to him by the President or the Board of Directors.

• Malcolm Ray - Immediate Past President

  As Immediate Past President Malcolm is an ex officio member of the Board and its Twenty first member. He votes on all matters brought to the Board of Directors
  
  Malcolm Ray is the owner of Safety Adjusters, Inc. in Beaumont. Malcolm has been a continuous member of the YMBL since 1988. He served on the YMBL Board of Directors for eight terms and served as Fair Chairman in 2010. He also served as Rodeo Chairman of the YMBL in 2000. He served on the Fair's Personnel Division for four years and the Fair’s Entertainment Division for three years. Malcolm has successfully completed numerous special assignment projects for the Fair and has a total Fair Committee service of sixteen years. He is also a member of the YMBL Key Men.
