Apply to Be a Vendor at the South Texas State Fair


The South Texas State Fair welcomes nearly 200,000 guests each year and is the largest annual event in Southeast Texas. We carefully curate our vendor mix to create a high-quality experience for our guests.

This is an application for consideration only. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.


BEFORE YOU APPLY


Applications will NOT be reviewed without:
  • Complete list of products/services (top 3 clearly identified)
  • Photo of booth or trailer setup
  • Copy of Sales & Use Tax Permit

Important Guidelines:

  • Only approved items listed in your contract may be sold
  • No additions after contract approval
  • No prohibited items (see restrictions below)

OUTDOOR VENDORS

Outdoor spaces are 10’ deep and rented in 30’ front length increments.

Rates are $55, $65, or $75 per front foot, depending on location on the grounds.

Your required footage must include your trailer tongue, awnings, service windows, storage, and any other setup space.

INDOOR VENDORS

Indoor booths are located inside the Exhibit Hall.

  • Standard 10’ x 10’ booth: $550
  • Corner booth: $600
  • Includes 8’ tall background drape and 3’ side dividers
  • Includes one 110V / 20-amp electrical circuit

Please note: Pop-up tents or oversized displays may not fit in corner spaces with columns.

Vendor spaces are limited and selected based on:
  • Product uniqueness
  • Quality and presentation
  • Variety within the vendor mix
  • Past participation (if applicable)
Not all applicants will be accepted.
