This committee is also designed to build professional relationships within the organization and provide a source of encouragement, advice and motivation to the select YMBL members. The program also seeks to make members comfortable approaching a Mentor for advice on any matter pertaining to the YMBL projects, service and leadership in which they find themselves involved or desires to be involved in.

This event is October 31st in downtown Beaumont.

MEMBERS WELCOME

Held each fall following the annual membership drive, the Members Welcome Dinner officially welcomes our newest members to the YMBL while giving current members an opportunity to reconnect and kick off the new year together.

The evening highlights the YMBL's mission, community impact, and the many civic projects that make our organization unique. New members learn how to get involved, meet committee leaders, and begin building relationships with fellow volunteers.

The event always offers fine food and entertainment and a real "night out" for the ladies.
