The South Texas Ford Dealers return as the Official Vehicle Sponsor of the South Texas State Fair, bringing Texas’ best-selling brand to the heart of the Fairgrounds. Visitors can check out Ford’s impressive lineup at both indoor and outdoor displays, featuring free interactive games, giveaways, and prizes.


The Exhibit Hall is a shopper’s paradise filled with rows and rows of indoor vendors offering something for everyone. Stroll through and discover a wide variety of unique finds from delicious baked goods and specialty treats to clothing, accessories, home décor, and more.

Whether you’re hunting for a great gift, a sweet snack, or something you didn’t even know you needed, the Exhibit Hall is the perfect place to explore, shop, and enjoy a break from the midway.

If you love to bake, the South Texas State Fair Baking Contest is your time to shine! This fan-favorite competition features two divisions — an Adult Division for ages 18 and up and a Youth Division for bakers under 18. Entry is just $5 per item, with one entry allowed in each category: Cookies, Cakes, and Pies. Bakers will compete for bragging rights, ribbons, and cash prizes ranging from $25 to $150.

Not a baker? You’re still invited to join the fun! Come to the Exhibit Hall to watch the excitement unfold during live judging on Saturday, March 28 at 3:00 p.m. for the Youth Division and Sunday, March 29 at 3:00 p.m. for the Adult Division and see who takes home the coveted Blue Ribbon. Fairgoers are invited to slow down, take a stroll, and be inspired by the School Art Show, on display daily in the Ford Exhibit Hall. This colorful exhibit features impressive artwork created by talented students from schools across Southeast Texas, showcasing bold paintings, detailed drawings, and creative mixed-media pieces that highlight the imagination and unique perspectives of young artists.

Whether you’re an art lover, a proud parent, or simply exploring the Fair, the School Art Show is a must-see stop. It’s a celebration of local creativity and a great way to support and appreciate the talent of students in our community.

Be sure to stop by the Quilt Show in the Exhibit Hall and enjoy a beautiful display of handmade artistry. Featuring both large and small quilts in hand-stitched and machine-made designs, this exhibit highlights incredible craftsmanship, creativity, and attention to detail.

From bold patterns to timeless classics, each quilt tells a story. Whether you’re a quilting fan or simply appreciate beautiful, handcrafted work, the Quilt Show is a relaxing and inspiring stop you won’t want to miss during your Fair visit.

Be sure to stop by the Art Show in the Exhibit Hall and experience an exciting display of creativity from artists across our community. In addition to student artwork, the exhibit features a Photography and Graphic Art Show with entries from both youth and adult artists, showcasing everything from striking traditional photography to bold, imaginative graphic art.

Whether you love powerful images or creative design, this exhibit offers something for everyone. Don’t miss the chance to explore the Exhibit Hall and enjoy this inspiring showcase of local talent.

Available for viewing March 31 through April 2 only, the 4-H & FFA Floral Design Competition is a must-see showcase of creativity and talent from students across Southeast Texas. Each arrangement is thoughtfully designed around this year’s theme, “Travel Through Seasons,” taking visitors on a visual journey from spring’s fresh blooms to winter’s quiet elegance. The artistry and imagination on display make this exhibit a special, limited-time highlight inside the Exhibit Hall.

Select top designs will be available for purchase through a Silent Auction, opening after the awards presentation on Tuesday, March 31, and closing at 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 2. It’s a unique opportunity to take home an award-worthy floral creation while supporting local youth and their hard work.
