MUTTON BUSTIN’: The South Texas State Fair Rodeo is thrilled to announce a unique Mutton Bustin' experience. Riders will compete for 1 of 10 slots to ride during each night's Rodeo and Bull Ride performances.

Contestant Eligibility

Boys and Girls between the ages of 5-7 years old at the time of the event.
Proof of age required prior to participation.
Must weigh NO MORE THAN 55 lbs. fully clothed at time of participation. Contestants will be weighed prior to performance.
Contestants will pay a $20.00 entry fee, all sales are final.
Parent/Guardian must complete the Medical Questionnaire.
Parent/Guardian must sign the Participant Release & Waiver Form.
Copy of Birth Certificate is required.
Entry Deadline March 5, 2024. ENTRIES ARE NOW CLOSED. Check back next year.
