Once again, the Ford Pavilion will be buzzing with excitement as it transforms into the MOTIVA KIDS FUN ZONE — the ultimate spot for family fun at the Fair!

Thanks to the generous support of MOTIVA, proudly operating the largest oil refinery in North America right here in Port Arthur, this area is packed with experiences just for kids.

Little fairgoers can enjoy age-appropriate carnival rides, games, tasty treats, hands-on animal encounters, and fascinating reptile exhibits all in one colorful, can’t-miss destination.

The Double R Exotics PETTING ZOO includes nearly every animal you can think of, from the most exotic to the typical farm animal.

Grab a handful of tasty treats and see which animals are hungry. Kids can see up close those species they have only read about or have seen in the movies.

Feed is available for purchase. Hand-sanitizing stations are located just outside the petting zoo.

The PARAKEET EXHIBIT is a must-see experience. Step inside an open-air aviary where colorful parakeets fly freely all around you — swooping overhead, perching nearby, and filling the space with cheerful chirps.

Guests can purchase feeding sticks and enjoy the thrill of parakeets landing right in their hands for unforgettable, up-close moments.

This isn’t a look-from-a-distance exhibit — you’re right in the middle of the action, making it a playful, immersive, and photo-worthy stop for all ages.

CAMEL RIDES
Take a ride on one of the world’s most majestic animals! These gentle giants known for crossing deserts for centuries offer little adventurers a one-of-a-kind view of the Fair from atop a camel’s back. Each ride is $8. Open daily.

PONY RIDES
Perfect for little cowboys and cowgirls, our pony rides feature beautiful Welsh ponies walking carousel-style for a safe, memorable experience. Each ride is $8. Open daily.

GATOR COUNTRY is back, bringing jaw-dropping, hands-on excitement you won’t want to miss! The GATOR COUNTRY REPTILE SHOW combines thrilling live demonstrations with engaging education focused on the conservation of the American alligator — plus crocodiles, snakes, turtles, tortoises, and lizards.

Learn how to identify venomous snakes you might encounter while hunting, camping, hiking, or even around your own backyard. Enjoy up-close interactions in a wading pool for an unforgettable experience.
